Quala (now DCI) is North America’s largest independent network of tank cleaning, maintenance, and industrial services offering comprehensive inspections, testing, and repairs for the chemical, food,and
transportation industries. We service a variety of bulk containers, including: Tank Trailers, IBC/ Totes
containers, ISO containers, Railcars, Roll-off containers, and FRAC Tanks.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and generating content for presentations, documents, social media and marketing materials across a variety of internal/external marketing channels.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist the marketing team by designing presentations, documents, and marketing materials.
• Manage the day-to-day execution of brand’s consumer social media and email marketing.
• Manage brand’s SEO and SERP across listing profiles as well as manage online customer reviews.
• Support and produce outbound marketing activities such as email, print ads, and trade articles.
• Assist Brand Marketing and ESG teams to provide support as required.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
• 2+ years relevant experience in a marketing role; B2B sales or bulk industry experience a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Adobe Software Products
• Experience managing multiple Google Business profiles including creating, revising, and optimizing them for enhanced SEO performance
• Highly proficient in MS Office and the use of Internet
