Director of Total Rewards & HR Technology

The Director of Total Rewards & HR Technology leads the company’s global efforts in the areas of benefits, wellness, compensation, HR analytics and HRIS management. This high-impact role will be responsible for analyzing, designing, implementing, and administering programs designed to attract, engage and retain talent, across the organization. The Director will be a key member of the HR Leadership Team and will work in concert with and collaborate with the other HR Leadership Team members, to identify strategies that will best serve our employees and our business. This position will bring an in-depth understanding of Total Rewards and HR Technology best practices to the company. The Director will provide pragmatic and innovative vision and leadership to total rewards that focuses on the whole employee and positively impacts business results.

Scope of Role

  • Leads the strategy, research, design execution and administration of compensation, and benefits programs, including health, retirement and pension, wellness, and ancillary benefits to help us attract and retain the best talent, all while balancing our bottom line and business objectives
    • Designs and develops salary range structures, partnering with HR colleagues and key stakeholders.
    • Drives annual employee compensation planning activities, including the merit review cycle, short term incentive administration and equity programs
    • Establishes and delivers key compensation and benefit program metrics and reporting to understand the effectiveness of our total rewards strategy
    • Partners with CHRO and CFO on the ongoing management of the company's equity program
    • Develops strategies to drive employee awareness and understanding of all total rewards programs
    • Leads Benefits team in the development, execution, and administration of benefits programs
  • Manages the data integrity of the HRIS platforms and other HR technology solutions
    • Provides global analytics and reports to management and HR partners
    • Spearheads HRIS data integration from acquisitions
    • Project manages HR technology implementations, including researching, recommending and evaluating solutions
    • Streamlines processes and drives efficiencies by optimizing the functionality of the HR technology systems
    • Leads HRIS team

Position Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years leading compensation, benefits, 401(k) plan administration/pension and
  • HRIS strategies; preferably in a global setting
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Total Rewards components; base and incentive pay, work/life benefits, base and ancillary benefits, market pricing and pay for performance
  • Strong change management experience required
  • Must be customer focused, analytical and highly organized
  • Self-starter and influencer who can easily flex and pivot when priorities change and is able to deliver against established timelines and priorities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
  • Ability to exercise the highest levels of confidentiality and privacy
